Barbara Amstadter

Named 2009 “Realtor of the Year”, Barbara Amstadter is a name well recognized in the local community. She served as a co-founder of the “Committee of 4000″, representing the owners of 4000 leasehold parcels in a legal fight for “leaseholder” rights. She helped negotiate the final monetary settlement, the largest in US history at the time. In the real estate community she is known not only as a top producer having received Prudential’s coveted 15 year “Legend” award (bestowed on only 3 agents out of 66,000 worldwide at the time), but as a leader having been elected and served as President, V.P., Sec.,Treasurer and State Director from her local Association, regional Vice-president for Orange County and having chaired or been vice-chair of numerous committee’s at the state level for the Ca. Assoc. of Realtors. Barbara is a court-certified “expert witness” representing buyers, sellers and brokers in real estate trials. She is the mother of 4 sons, 3 daughters and 4 grandchildren.
